IIBEC Colorado 15^th Annual “Late Summer” Golf Outing – REGISTER HERE

It’s time to start thinking about the IIBEC CO Late Summer Golf Outing. This is a chance to catch up with fellow industry members on a beautiful golf course in the foothills of Denver. This has proven to be an excellent networking event over the last decade and a half.

18- Hole Scramble (build your team or be randomly placed on a team of 4 players)

The golf course requires that we provide them with a list of players by 08/31/2023 to set up the shotgun start. Secure your spot by reaching out to either:

Cost is $180.00 per participant.  Space is limited.

Schedule Day of the Event:

• 7:15 -8:30 a.m. – Sign-in
• 9:00 a.m.- Shotgun Start and 18-Hole Scramble (two putt max rule to speed play)
• 1:00-2:30 p.m. Lunch – BBQ Buffet will be available at the golf course with awards and raffle prizes.

Fee includes: Green Fees, Golf Cart, Hole Contests, Goodie Bag and an excellent BBQ Lunch.

Registration deadline, 8/30/23, Final team assignment, 9-5-23

**IIBEC Colorado is currently setting up a new PayPal account that is not yet live. Once active a new email will be sent with links to pay online. If you would like to secure a foursome prior to the PayPal account link being sent you can reach out to Matt Braun or Pete Hovanec or any of the IIBEC Colorado Board of Directors with the following information:

Name, Team Names, Players Names (1-4), and Company

As a non-partisan organization, Colorado Chapter of IIBEC cannot promote any one manufacturer, firm, or organization exclusively, therefore the Colorado Chapter of IIBEC, are asking for monetary sponsorships to be used for the purchase of raffle prizes, food & beverages, and advertisement for the tournament. The sponsors’ names will be displayed at tee boxes and other locations where the signage is permitted. If you would like to donate items such as shirts, tees, balls, golf towels, hats, or other individual items, please plan to provide enough so that each tournament participant can receive the item. Monetary sponsorships are divided into 5 categories, which are:

Platinum Plus- $1,600.00 (Limit 4, first come, first served)

1. Includes 4 entries into the golf tournament.
2. May have a company representative at a single hole location with hole prize.
3. Large signage posted at two tee boxes (1 front nine and 1 back nine), at lunch, at check-in table.
4. Name listed on each rules sheet.

Platinum – $1,350.00

1. Includes 4 entries into the golf tournament.
2. Large signage posted at two tee boxes (1 front nine and 1 back nine), at lunch, at check-in table.
3. Name listed on each rules sheet.

Gold – $1150.00

1. Includes 3 entries into the golf tournament.
2. Signage posted at one tee box (1 front nine OR 1 back nine), at lunch, at check-in table.
3. Name listed on each rules sheet.

Silver – $775.00

1. Includes 2 entries into the golf tournament.
2. Signage posted at one tee box (1 front nine OR 1 back nine) and at lunch.
3. Name listed on each rules sheet.

Bronze – $400.00

1. Includes 1 entry into the golf tournament.
2. Signage posted at one tee box (1 front nine OR 1 back nine).
3. Name listed on each rules sheet.
